Select Photos Window

When you start Easy Photo Print, the following Main window appears. You can check information such as the file name, shooting time and date, or photo size by selecting the photo you want to print.

Menu Bar

Gives you access to the Easy Photo Print functions. For details, see Menus.

Operation Step bar

Displays the various operations as buttons. By starting from the left and working through the buttons one by one, you can easily retouch photos or make print settings.

Next button

Proceed to the next step.

Custom Print area

Registers your custom print settings. If settings are registered the buttons are available. Click this button to start the Custom Print software. Here you can print photos with the settings you made.

Folder Tree

Shows the folder tree of the hard disk drives.

Thumbnail view area

Displays photos loaded from the hard disk or from external devices such as a digital camera or a scanner.

Click to add the selected thumbnail to My Selection. You can also click the thumbnail to add it to My Selection.

Click to remove the selected photo from My Selection.

Click to batch copy the photos in My Selection to a folder.

Click to enlarge the selected photo in My Selection.

My Selection area

Displays a thumbnail list of photos you have added to the My Selection field. You can display photo information by double-clicking a thumbnail. For details, see Enlargement Dialog Box - Photo Information.

File property area

Shows the file name, file size, and date/time of the photo selected in the thumbnail list. Also indicates whether the Exif Print /PRINT Image Matching function is available.

Caution:
DO NOT delete or renew the source images to be read until all operations (such as printing) are complete. Also, do not remove or change the media containing your images (memory card, CD-ROM, floppy disk, MO, and so on).

Note:
  • RAW data without thumbnail takes more time to be displayed.
  • Images that come from TWAIN compliant devices such as scanners, do not have photo information.
  • If the shooting date and time cannot be found in the photo file, the modification date is displayed in the Date of Image Information.
  • Images cannot be read if the image size is too large. For details, refer to Specifications.
